One of our top talents at Stratus Blue, Graeme Frost, has decided to Brave the shave in support of the Cancer Society. But this wasn't his first thought when he discovered his mother was diagnosed with cancer.
"I felt so helpless and wanted to do something to support her. All I could do was be there for her" Said Graeme initially.
But within a short time, he was making plans to shave his hair in support of her and the wider cause;
"It was then that I decided to shave my hair off too" and quickly set about creating a page to gather donations.
Initially setting a target at $1000 but soon having to double this as support from companies like Addline Transport (pictured above donating more than $1000 alone!) started flowing in.
"Addline transport are one of our customers, but I was blown away to have their support" he said.
If you would like to support Graeme in his journey to support this cause please read more about it here:
And an official "brave the shave" head shaving event, will be held at the Stratus Blue Office, and you are welcome to attend in support of this cause on the 15th June.
