MailChimp is awesome email marketing software that will help you do this. But it's not awesome if you don't know how to use it. This course will take you through the features of MailChimp in detail and show you how to use them properly, so you and MailChimp can be awesome together.

This Introduction/Intermediate level course is for:

Small business owners wanting to use MailChimp to grow their business

Anyone in a marketing role who needs to use MailChimp on a day-to-day basis

People seeking work in the digital marketing industry and need the skills to get them there

Pre-requisites:

You should have a MailChimp account and some experience of using MailChimp to send campaigns

An understanding of marketing and market segmentation

A basic understanding of using Microsoft Excel to generate lists of data

What you'll learn:

At the end of this course you will have a detailed understanding of MailChimp and its features (excluding MailChimp Pro, which will be discussed but is not covered in detail in this course).

What you should bring:

You should bring a device that is capable of accessing the internet. Parts of the course will involve practical exercises where you will be required to access your MailChimp account. We recommend that you bring a laptop if possible, although a tablet will also suffice. Please advise us if you are unable to bring either.
