You'll hear from three trailblazing women about the personal and professional challenges of bringing transformation. Expect to be challenged, inspired, and energised to stand your ground when others give up and makes changes you want to see in the world.
Ezel Kokcu - The non-stop tech-start-up entrepreneur
This 26-year-old is a non-stop serial entrepreneur having already co-founded and sold two tech companies, she is currently preparing to launch her largest start-up to date, Passphere, a ticketing and analytics platform taking on the big players. Ezel was a finalist in the Women of Influence Awards, featured in Forbes and Te Papa's entrepreneur in residence for Mahuki. Not bad for a university drop out.
Hilary Price, Passionate Founder, Innovative practice champion
Hilary is a founder of Homes of Hope, a teacher, a social worker and a Child Centre Play Therapist. With over 40 years of experience, she is passionate about seeing vulnerable children supported and flourishing through the use of innovative approaches to care, that put them at the heart of decision making. Before starting Homes of Hope she established a place of safety in Cape Town, South Africa for homeless children, has been Chair of the Bay of Plenty Foster care Association, and was awarded a Queens Service Medal in 2010.
Holly Brown, Executive Leader, Expert Adapter
With responsibility for a balance sheet of $700 million and more than 20 years experience across blue chips brands, this accomplished executive leader and advisor, has traversed the positions of Head of HR, Head of Corporate Affairs and most recently General Manager Greater China for Zespri International. Supremely adaptable, she is back in the Bay passionate about strategy, results and leading with empathy.
Pip Loader, Innovation Unearth-er and Enabler
Pip is a high -energy, action oriented firebrand. With over 20+ years experience across a broad range of enterprises, she is passionate about helping leaders and teams solve current problems, while at the same time increasing their innovation capability. Pip will be our MC and is sure to keep thing interesting!
